Join Our Traveling

Teaching Troupe

Salem Audubon has a very active traveling education program. It’s like a party, and you are invited.

We present at local schools and community centers to educate folks and encourage them to appreciate the wonder of nature. We also have tables at events like Birds and Blooms, Homeschoolers Day, Salmon Festival, and so on. Topics include Beavers, River Otters, Owls, Hummingbirds, Bird Adaptations, Bats, and building nest boxes.

We can add new presentations, too, and include your personal area of passion and expertise. Please contact Mary Ritter marycr1@outlook.com if you are interested in joining the fun, fulfilling, and always exciting Traveling Education Program.
